Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Incienso y Mirra!

We want to make your shopping experience flawless and fun! It is our mission to provide all our customers with a great service experience. We love and appreciate our customers! 

Shipping:

We Ship to Puerto Rico and the United Sates Only.

Shipments are made Tuesday and Thursday Mornings.

Please allow 7 business days for your package to arrive. For any inquiries about shipment please contact us at inciensoymirra2@yahoo.com 

Delivery:

We have secure delivery available only in the Ponce Region. Deliveries are made Mondays and Fridays from 5pm to 7pm. Our representatives will contact you by phone for arrangements. Clients must include a valid phone number. Please be advised that clients must wear face masks to ensure the safety of all.

These services may be subject to change due to the Covid executive orders in place by the Puerto Rico Government. 

 

Returns:

We also hope you love all your goodies but, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return for STORE CREDIT ONLY (No refunds) unless it is due to a mistake on our part.

This are the steps to initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Inciensoymirra2@yahoo.com
  2. Make sure to put the word RETURNS in your subject line
  3. In your email include: Full name, order number, reason for return or exchange.

Returns are not available during this time due to Covid-19. Once we are allowed we will resume with this service.

For In-Store purchases plus In-Store pickups ONLY: You have 3 days within which to return  your purchase for STORE CREDIT (No refunds). If you ordered online and selected store pickups, please pickup your items within 7 days of purchase date to be eligible for store credit if needed. The 3 day return policy begins the moment the package is pick and signed for at the store. We have the right to deny a return after the 3 day time period has lapsed.

 

 Online returns: 7 day return policy

  • Returns for online orders shipped are accepted within 7 days of the day tracking shows your order was delivered to you for store credit or exchange, minus any shipping fees paid by Incienso y Mirra or the customer. We have the right to deny a return after 7 day time period has lapsed.
  • On orders with promotional free shipping or discounted shipping, shipping fees which were at our expense will be deducted from store credit.
  • In-store pick up and returns are welcome for all online orders. All online orders returned in-store will be issued “online store credits” only.
  • All in-store pick up orders will have a 3 day return policy from the date the order was picked up (no more than 10 days after the order is purchased. NOTE: as opposed to the 7 day allowed for shipped orders). 

Exchanges:

  • We can’t hold, but if you leave a note in your package stating that you are wanting to exchange for a different size or color, we can do so based on our inventory availability at that time. An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available, we will ship out your new size as soon as possible. (Customer is responsible for shipping fees on exchanges).

 

Final sale: 

  • All jewelry, sunglasses, hats, scarves, shoes, bandeau bras, bralettes, swimsuits, handbags, intimates, candles, gift card certificates, daily deals, discounted items and “sale” merchandise are FINAL SALES.
  • Exchange/Store Credit is for regular price merchandise only.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to mail items back.

 

Conditions:

  • Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, free of makeup, tanning stains, perfume odor, deodorant stain or damage in any way, with all tags still attached. Incienso y Mirra has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet these requirements.
  • If customer mails back a Non Returnable item it will either be sent back to the sender (pending customer pays shipping to ship it back) or kept by Incienso y Mirra if customer fails to pay return postage. No exchanges/refunds will be given on “non  returnable items” that are sent back.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours at (787) 677-7875 or email at Inciensoymirra2@yahoo.com.
  • We strongly suggest you obtain a return shipping tracking number when returning an item back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages that have not been tracked as “received” at our store.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or address changes made after item has shipped. We are not responsible for stolen merchandise once item shows “delivered” on USPS tracking service.
  • Incienso y Mirra shall not be held liable for lost packages once shipped. Tracking is provided to customer and we will not be responsible for customer error so please ensure the mailing address is correct when ordering.
